Boy convicted of punching his sister.

LUND, Sweden, May 29 - A 15-year-old Swedish boy was convicted of assault and fined for punching his younger sister in the face.
The Lund boy told the court the fight at his parents' home began when his sister, whose age was not released, made fun of his girlfriend in January and began kicking him repeatedly during the ensuing argument, The Local.se reported Tuesday.
The girl reported her brother to authorities when he punched her in the face.
The court rejected the boy's self-defense argument, citing his admission his sister's kicks did not hurt him very much.
The district court gave the boy leniency due to his age and rejected a prison sentence in favor of an unspecified fine.
The siblings told the court they did not speak to one another for a week following the incident but have since repaired their relationship.
