A goose has survived seven bullets.

At northern Arkansas animal hospital a Goose was brought with a damaged wing after being a victim o
f shootings but is said to be on the mend and vets are now seeking out a home for him.

After taking a gander at the X-ray, vets felt the need to insert a metal rod and a plastic tube in order to help the bird's wing heal.
Dr Rob Conner, from the All Creatures Veterinary Hospital, says he has received lots of calls to adopt the goose.
"When we X-rayed the wing, we saw the fractured bone and we saw the reason,” Conner told The Baxter Bulletin.
"We counted seven pellets. None of the shots were fatal."
"Apparently, someone didn't like him. Sometimes, people get upset because the geese go to the bathroom everywhere."
"There’s got to be a better way to shoo them away, pepper spray or something."
He also revealed that staff had wanted to call the goose Tupac but decided against it as Tupac died after his shooting.
"50 Cent was shot several times and he survived, so we named him 50 Cent," Dr Conner explained.
That's how the birdy got the name 50 Cent.
